I contacted Mr. Rooter plumbing for a toilet problem with a broken flange and was totally impressed on a job well done by employee IRIN MARTINEZ. Not only very polite but very knowledgeable on the situation. He informed me in great detail on what the job would take. As he was doing the work he would show me every step it took to complete the job. I appreciated the cleanup he did during and after the job was completed. Thank you Irin for a great job and now I know the company I will contact for any plumbing problem I may face.

They were great! They scheduled my tech for early afternoon, but he called within a half hour and said if I was ready, he'd be there in minutes. He was friendly, helpful, and rooted the clog out in under 20 min. Can't recommend Irin Martinez and Mr Rooter highly enough! Thanks

Easy to make an appointment and talk to a live person. They communicated nicely about arrival times and Matt was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We only had a simple sewer clean out needed, but it was affordable and done well. Would recommend them highly.

Reyes is absolutely amazing. Diagnosed and fixed our issue basically same day were it not for having to pick up parts and return the next day. But that wasn't his fault, just the logistics of our appointment. I couldn't be happier with his professionalism or expertise.

Reyes Chaves came out for a clogged toilet. He was very professional. The company even texted me a picture of him ahead of time, which I always appreciate. Reyes scared the clog away because the toilet worked perfectly as soon as he got here. He had to charge for a service call, which was fair. I will call them again in the future.

needed a garbage disposable replaced. I had service from a local company earlier this year and was left very disappointed in their service. I tired Mr. Rooter for the first time and I can honestly say I am 100% happy. Irin M. was very professional and courteous and did an outstanding job. The prices are very reasonable.
